I am a mixture of hard-core business and creative fun. I love writing, designing, strategy and learning.

My work career has spanned close to 40 years, primarily focusing on managing the business side of operations in both utilities and oil and gas related companies. For 23 years I was the co-owner of a non-destructive testing company in Saskatchewan.

My need to learn is never ending. My desire to write and do research combined with a love of strategy lead my to achieving my MBA in 1999 and then my doctorate in 2010. In 2011, I earned my level II Harassment Certificate, my certified coaching certificate in 2013 and my COR safety courses in 2018.

I have worked in Business, Human Resources (workforce planning), and Learning where I learned how to design and develop e-Learning. In 2013 I started applying my e-Learning development skills to build a home business. In 2018, I partnered with a Graphic Designer and Web Designer to form Jandi Online.

Combined these have come together to form a solid base of understanding of business which I draw from when designing my e-Learning programs.

My passion is Design, of any kind!

I am an interior decorator turned Graphic Designer. That is something I never saw coming! Life is truly unpredictable. I am having a blast enjoying the ride, my inner optimist allows me to do that!

In 2010 I started my own Interior Decorating business which I ran for six years. Before my transition into Graphic Design I also spent time working as an Office Administrator and Safety Coordinator in the oil and gas industry. This opportunity led me to achieving my Health and Safety Administration certificate in 2012. In 2018 I was presented an opportunity to partner and form Jandi Online which has turned into more than I could have ever imagined!

Time management, creative design and problem solving are my strong points. When being creative and designing projects I believe that thinking outside the box is necessary. Even though I prefer everything inside the box, evenly proportioned with perfect margins but that is just the organized side of me coming out.

I am a huge animal lover. Growing up on a farm in Southeast Saskatchewan they have always been a big part of my life. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing new places as well as people.

I am busy living my dream and helping my clients achieve their design goals!
